We've been happily together for 2 years. Our engagement occurred in June 2009. We were vacationing in Arizona and went to spend a day at the Grand Canyon. After walking around all day, taking in the great nature sightings, I began to grow tired (not to mention scared of heights) but he insisted that we stay to watch the amazing sunset. He proposed to me as we watched the beautiful sunset over the mountainous horizon.
