xo After midnight, it was October 21, 2009, Pete reached into the nightstand and asked Melissa to Marry her as she was dozing off to sleep! Melissa had to wake up her family and friends with the news, and could'nt sleep the rest of the night, loving her shiny new emerald cut ring! Pete is the son of Mr & Mrs. David Arleo of Northport, and Melissa is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Kern of East Northport. Pete and Melissa became friends when they were chosen to be the best man and maid of honor at his best friends, and Melissa Sister's May 2007 Wedding! Now they will return the favor!
