Desiree Berrian & Christopher Conklin

We would like to welcome and congratulate Desiree Berrian and Christopher Corklin, and extend our congratulations to their respective families; Donna and Daniel Berrian; Doris and Gordon Conklin. Desiree and Christopher, both from Centereach, were engaged on August 16, 2012 at North Carolina Surf City Top Sail Beach.
'We went for a walk on the beach and we were taking some pictures: my fiance wanted to play a game like pictionary, so we drawed pictures in the sand and guessed what eachother were drawing. On the last drawing I was turned around waiting for him to be done and he told me to wait just a few more seconds. When I turned around he had drawn 'will you marry me' in the sand and he was down on one knee holding the ring in his hand.'
The happy couple is looking forward to their September 20, 2014 celebration of love.
