How does my menu look?
This is the first holiday that we are hosting....does this menu sound good? I tried to account for everything, so that I can make a massive list for shopping tomorrow.Christmas Menu
Drinks
-water
-soda
-beer
-wine
-liquor
-The Grinch
-Peppermint Patties
-Egg nog
-Peppermint Stick
Appetizers
-Jalapeno jam with cream cheese
-Buffalo wings and buffalo dip
-Cheese plate
-Baked brie
-Spinach dip
-Bacon dip
-Shrimp cocktail
-Meatballs
First Course
-Chicken parmigiana
-Baked zita
-Eggplant rollatini
-Italian garlic bread
Second Course
-Ham
-Mashed potatoes

I think it's about right. We always have a lot of food (buffet style) so people can pick what they want and we have around that amount of people. Leftovers are good and people can bring some food home too!

It sounds amazing!! Unless you just don't have room/space, I would probably do the first and second course together. The first course sounds pretty filling (but DELICIOUS), and some people might be too stuffed to touch the second course if the pile up on the first!ETA: Also just make sure there is coffee during dessert! People sometimes opt for coffee over sweets at lot of the different parties/holidays I've been to.
ETA 2: Just re-read and saw you have coffee
