1 year anniversary

Our 1 year is coming up in a few weeks and Im trying to think of a nice way to spend it.

I thought maybe dinner at a restaurant on Dune road or maybe a wine tasting tour during the day.

What are some other ideas? Please help!

The day of we're going to cook a meal together and have a romantic dinner in.

And then we are leaving for Mexico at the end of the month to celebrate. We were originally going to Disney but I thought it be too crowded over my break.

You should do a B&B upstate, they are so romantic.

Being we just recently purchased a home we are not planning to go away so we plan on spending the weekend in Manhattan. We will stay in a luxury hotel, horse and buggy ride thru Central Park, ice skating in Central Park or Rockafella Center, dinner at Tao or Tavern on the Green, and maybe see a broadway play.

We live 15 minutes away from the city and never take advantage of it so thought it would be nice to spend our 1 year anniversary in the best city EVER!!

I think we are going to Austria. If we were staying local, I would probably try to go to a B&B for the weekend. The vineyard idea sounds really fun too!

We just bought a house also and we are teachers, so a long trip was out of the question.

We took a weekend trip to Montauk, spent a day at the vineyards and the beach, and had a delcious dinner at a nice restaurant. We returned home on our anniversary, I cooked dinner and we ate our year old cake.

It was perfect! Good luck and congrats!

We're going out to dinner at Westbury Manor, where we got married. I cannot believe how quickly the year went!

OMG, we are almost at our 1 Year Anniversary!

Since my hubby will be on work travel during our anniversary weekend we are going to spend Memorial Day weekend at Danfords. My parents got us a theater-dinner-overnight package there. We are going to spend the day at the wineries and then head to Danfords for the evening.

I really like the idea of a stay at a B&B. Maybe Shelter Island?

We were at a friend's wedding! We stayed at the hotel there and made a long weekend of it.
We came home to our cake!
It's hard to believe a year has passed already!!

We spent the weekend on the North Fork, a cute place called Dreamers Cove Inn in Aquebogue. It's right on the water so we would relax on the beach area in the moring, hit some winieries in the afternoon. We went to the Elbow Room for steaks for our anniversary dinner. It was such a nice weekend.

We went to Puerto Rico for our 1st anniversary (Westin Rio Mar, about 45 minutes from San Juan). I recco a little getaway, if possible, to celebrate. If not, try a nice restaurant in Manhattan, a trip out to Port Jeff or Montauk, etc. Regardless of what you do, ENJOY YOURSELVES!!!
