I have been having the same problem lately very weird.
I click preview 1st now when posting a pic. So far that has been working for me

no, they're just red x's. I can tell from the properties that you took them from your kodak gallery. We won't be able to see them since they're password protected/encrypted whatever. Copy and save the images to your desktop and then upload them here.
