How I long to see 3-something in my neck of the woods. The Mobil on the corner by me was $4.26 when I last looked! INSANE.

theres also the gas station Getty in Northport on 25A in front of McDonalds its stuck at 3.99 and it looks like it will be for awhile since the machines are so old they can't go past 3.99
they only have regular though.

Most Gettys, if not all, can't go past $3.99 until their machines are updated. I believe there are 60 stations on LI like this, but they're closing pumps because supposedly they're losing money.

On my way home from my PT appointment at 6:15, gas was $4.29

be careful I hear the getty stations have figured out a way aroung this, they are charging like 2.20 and doubling it and its perfectly legal until they get the new pumps.

This is true...They have a way of charging by the 1/2 gallon. So if you see gas for $2.10 don't assume that is what you will be paying!!!
