I have NO clue what to do or how to host!! I'm hosting two of the four.......
I know my SIL's having a little boy....her shower is first. I emailed her asking about their registry and she didn't know she needed one. Does she?? I've never been pregnant.......maybe she doesn't? Oh I don't know!!!
Any suggestions would help! Websites, ideas??? Anything!

I have hosted several baby showers. I don't have kids yet, but I would highly suggest she register -- just like your wedding it helps when people go to buy her gifts!
It just like a bridal shower only centered around babies. Games turn into baby games and when gifts are opened everyone just says 'oh how cute...so small'
Since she knows she is having a boy you can do sail boats or sports -- something are into and adapt it to babies. One shower I did was all duck theme. The other was a girl so I did baby girl shoes for centerpieces (I perched them ontop of wrapped boxes) and tied balloons on.
Instead of a wishing well we did a book basket and asked everyone to bring a copy of their favorite children's book.
