Ok, Sorry for missing yesterday's...I don't habitually read the NWOTW and QOTD threads so I didn't even know I was picked LOL
Sorry again if my questions have been asked already, I probably have missed many of them, I was m.i.a. for a while
So today's question:
Do you have any special plans for your first anniversary (or what did you do for yours if it passed already?) Do you plan on incorporating any traditions you hope to continue through your marriage?
We were planning on going to Florida, but since I'm going back to Nursing School and it would be hard to miss we are going next week instead lol. We are going to try to plan a weekend somewhere. We haven't decided where yet.
I can't wait to eat our year-old cake lol, and we also got a handpainted champagne bottle and champagne flutes as a wedding gift, so we will open the bottle and drink it on our first anniversary!

That's OK! I think some of us who are bored get sad when we don't have QOTDs to distract us! Thank you for posting!
DH and I are going to spend 4 days in Chicago for our one-year! We have been talking about going together since we met and have just never gotten around to it. So we are super excited!

I'm hoping to be pregnant on our 1 year anniversary, actually if it works this month like we're hoping I'll be about 7 months. So we probably won't do any vacation. But maybe a day trip somewhere and a nice dinner.

We celebrated our 1 year Valentines Day & we went for a four night stay in Vermont. Snowboarding tubing great food wine restaurants it was fabby.

we will probably just go on vacation - our anniversary is a week before our bdays so we will probably tie it all together

I'm hoping that we get to go on vacation for our 1 year, it all depends if I'm working full-time anytime soon. If we don't go away, then hopefully a nice dinner and our 1 year old cake

Hey date twin!!!
I'm hoping we go somewhere being that it is Columbus Day weekend so that means 3 day weekend :) Nothing is planned yet though...

I plan on having my foot planted up DH's azz when he forgets it
But other than that, depending on finances and weather conditions, I'd LIKE to plan a weekend to Boston, but more likely than not will probably be home and go to Mama Lombardi's for dinner. After the HM this summer I think we'll be bled dry for a couple years.

no plans as of yet, we are going on a cruise 2 weeks before our anniversary, so nothing crazy, maybe get a room at the hotel we spent our wedding night or just do a dinner out...nothing crazy cuz we are prob going to be broke.

I'd like to go away somewhere but since we just bought a house I don't know if that will happen... maybe just a weekend trip like to the Poconos, which was our first 'vacation' together anyway.

For us it really depends on if I am PG and how far along I will be. If I am less than 24 weeks then we are going on a 4-day cruise to the Bahamas. If I am more than 24 weeks but within a safe flying range then we will probably go to Florida and get a room on the beach near DH's mom so we can see her and spend some time together.
