A few questions about registering, and did anyone reigster at Amazon.com?

Hi ladies! I need some advice regarding our registry. We are planning on Bed Bath and Beyond and Amazon.com Since we already live together and have the basics, we are using the registry to upgrade
what we have. So my questions are:

What household products have you found to be indispensible?

Are there any brands you are faithful to?

Did anyone register at Amazon.com? If so, did you have a positive experience there? Did you find that people (especially the older folks)are scared or turned off by online buying?
