? about Thank You Cards

My hubby and I are finally sitting down with our photographer on Wednesday to work on our album and select our thank you photo. How long did it take from your thank you photo selection to you actually getting the finished product?

I'm a bit worried 'cause we've been married 3 months already and I have yet to mail out my thank you's...........

I ordered my thank you picture over the phone and the cards/pictures were sent to my house in 3 days...

i was told my picture would be in within 2 weeks

et: i was able to pick up the cards to get a head start on them.

I ordered mine via email and had them within 3 weeks.

ETS: Actually writing and sending them out is a completely different story!

It took about a week and half for me to get them in. When I dropped off the picture I picked up the actual cards and finished writing them out now all I have to do is finish putting the addresses on them and they will be out before we are married 2 months which was my goal

We picked out the thank you together- about 2 weeks after we go the proofs. We called it in, and we picked them up two weeks later.

WE only picked our thank you pic - I haven't even started to think about our album or video. But once we decided, the pics were ready in about 2 weeks. Like someone posted though that's the easy part - writing and sending them is another story

Thanks for all the responses.... If only I would have known that everything could have been done separately I would have called in my TY order instead of waiting over 3 months to decide on everything.
