Just wondering if any of you have purchased or leased an Acura sedan recently and if so, what are your thoughts and experiences with it?

I bought my Acura brand new in 2004 and it is the BEST car ever!! I absolutely love it!! I have a 2004 Acura TSX, my brother owns a 2004 Acura TL, and my parents have a 2004 Acura MDX and we all couldn't be happier!

i have the MDX and love it. feel very safe and its VERY comfortable to take trips in. only gripe is it guzzles gas like none other!!!

This is true- they only take Premium gas which kinds s*cks!

DH had a new RSX when we met and it was great. He loved that sporty car and I loved it too (except it was a little low to the ground for my taste since he had the racing RSX - he doesn't race, but it supposedly handles better). Anyway, he really wanted to get the TSX (I believe it was that one) when his lease was up last year but he said he 'had plans' for 2007 so he just stayed without a car and we started sharing my car (which worked perfectly since I never used my car during the week, only weekends, and he works weekends, lol).

Anyway, it was definitely a good ride and he loved it.

but, o no! I didnt' realize it only takes premium gas! eek, gas is expensive...I have to consider that!

OMG, I got an 08 Acura TSX in August of this year. Leased it for 3 months with 12K miles a year, I searched and searched for the perfect car and this is it. I went to every dealer on the island literaly, best deal i found was through Smithtwom Acura, salesman named Greg.

before you go to the dealer look on line at Acura website for online programs. b.c if you do not know about the programs before you go the dealer will not offer them to you. Make sure you do your homework on the rates and all.

i traded in an 01 Civic and walked out with a 4 door white acura, LOVE I T LOVE IT.

i've heard they are great cars

also, they get really good write-ups

we have a honda - which is the sister company to the acura and we LOVE it. infact, i bought a toyota (rav-4) and then vin bought the honda (cr-v) and i'm amazed at how much MORE i like the honda - so, we are going to buy out the honda at the end and trade in the toyota - i was really disappointed with it - i mean, it is a good car but in comparison the brakes on the honda are hands-down TEN TIMES better - and the steering is tighter - overall, the car is much nicer in how it drives and handles.
