Adding sleeves to a dress?

My friends sister is the MOH inher wedding & hates her arms. Does anyone know if sleeves (sheer) can be added to a dress as long as it has lets say at least a tank style on top? To cover arms ?! Just incase she doesn't find something with sleeves. Thanks!

Re: Adding sleeves to a dress?

I'm sure it can be done, but would she consider just getting a wrap to match the dress, that will cover up the arms!!I totally understand though, I hate my arms. I was going to add sleeves to my wedding dress, but decided against it and got a wrap instead, which I ended up not even wearing because it was my wedding day and I didn't care about my arms!!

Re: Adding sleeves to a dress?

usually it can, especially those 'illusion' sleves. It may depend on the color & style of the dress.

I do not know what the BM dreses look like, but david's has anice separates collection with a sleeved tnk.

Re: Adding sleeves to a dress?

Thanks!! She has thought about the wrap, but would rather the sleeves, thinks it will be easier t deal with, not worrying if it falls off!! Sheer sleeves seems to be what she wants....

Re: Adding sleeves to a dress?

I had sleeves added to my wedding dress too. For an additional charge, a dressmaker will do anything you want them to most of the time.
