AF is killing me today!!

I have to worst cramping today!! I want to go home and have DH make me a cup of tea and massage my lower back! He always takes such good care of me when i feel like this! I pray the rest of today goes by fast!

try taking some motrin to try t help you and drink Chammomile tea or Calm tea (Starbucks)

I wish he had to go thru the whole thing! I will take the morning wood over this any day!!!

I do too I took a Klonopin last night (thanks to my SIL) and then had a beer and got totally messed up, from 1 beer. I thought that since it was a muscle relaxer, it would help ... it did!!

Now I feel like crap again.

TMI alert BUT is it normal to pass like quarter size clots?
