Def normal… I felt like that for a good month or two after the wedding. It’s hard bc there’s so much planning and excitement and then it’s over. I felt better by staying on this site and living vicariously through other people’s wedding pics!
Plus we started looking for a house, so that has kept me busy too.

umm, yes!! I didn't want to say anything because I thought I was being pathetic, but really, I am still pretty depressed. Especially when I go to my mom's house where she STILL has my wedding dress hanging in the hallway for all to see when you walk by.
Its hard, but I am sure it'll pass...I mean you JUST got married, so things are still fresh.

I sooo feel your pain. I feel the same way. Miss the planning, sad that it's over and miss home a bit.
I love being married and living with my husbad, but I miss looking forward to the wedding.

It's absolutely normal. Your dealing with no longer having the wedding to pre-occupy yourself and moving out of your home all at the same time. I found myself sleeping at my parents when DH was in CT working. i am finally staying here every night but it took me a while. I was really depressed. I am really just coming out of it now. Getting the puppy is a huge boost.

Yes I know its weird but after all that planning I felt like it was having another full time job. The wedding went by so fast. We haven't gone on or honeymoon yet. I definitely a little depressed especially lately, not sure why

Re: After wedding blues
There is a reason I have been married almost 5 months and still haved completely 'moved'. I lived out of a duffle bag like when we were dating for the first week or two of being married because I didnt quite grasp the concept that my clothes belonged here now. But don't worry, things do get better!

totally normal! i think for so many different reasons people have it - loss of past, or loss of the excitement of planning for a month but then you get to get into all the new excitement - so just feel what you feel and know it's okay and that new exciting things are coming too!
