Alarm System

Do anyone here have an alarm system for their home? If so, which company and how much does it cost per month? TIA!

We have been looking into getting one… most companies are between $20-$30 a month.

Also we were going to use a company that the husband of someone DH works with owns – it was good bc you weren’t locked into a contract so you could cancel anytime and it was only $22 a month – but it cost $1200 to install!

I think we're just getting a dog instead.

Mine is through Slomins and it is arouns $100 for three months of service.

I dont have any personal experience...but my coworker was on the phone with ATD all last week & from what she went through, I wouldnt recommend them!

Yes we do. The cost depends on what you have alarmed. How many Doors sliding glass doors how many windows also sky lights etc. How many zones. We have ADT. They are great. We pay 120 a qtr.

All of my family has ADT & they really are great & i have had no problems for as long as we have owned our homes.

My In-laws have Slomins & they are fabby too.

Since I am the kind of person who gets up and walks around in the middle of the night for water, my computer, whatever, I don't want motion sensors, so because of the windows we have we would have to get glass break sensors. So it is just going to cost to much for now. But I want one.

I have my guard dog Candy. Yes if she doesn't lick the burglar to death she will hold the flashlight for him.
