Album layout revisions
Hi Ladies -
Its been a while since i've been on here.. but I know if anyone can help, LIW can!
We're having some issues with our album revisions being done and I wanted to see if anyone else had this problem as well with Duet.
We put in our album order on 2/4, got our first layout 4/19, made revisions, got 2nd layout 5/18 (and not all of the changes we had asked for were done), then got our 3rd revision on 6/9. They still had not done one of the revisions we asked for, which was changing the order of some of the pages.
So last week i get an email from them saying that they need all of the proofs for the layout back in order to make the last revisions!!
I've asked why they would need the proofs back and they can't seem to answer the question. It makes no sense to me, if they did the layout, they should have all the image id#'s so why would they need the proofs back? The only thing i can think of is that something got screwed up and they need to start over.
Has anyone else had anything like this happen with them?
Its incredibly frustrating - not only did we take all the proofs and put them into albums of our own, so going and pulling out the ones for the album again is a pain, but I feel like if I push back, i'm punishing myself by not getting the album on time.
