Did your photographer take a picture of your invitation? Mine didnt and isnt that suppose to start your album?

nah our invites got changed because of hall change 10 days before the wedding
i was upset but not really cause our invites cost alot of money but my venue change out weighed everything... my monogram from the wedding ws kept and will be in the album

I dont have a picture of our Invitation either. It was a scroll invitation so its kind of hard to take a picture of it plus I forgot to bring it with me to the hotel where I got ready!

I don't have a picture of my invitation either. However, the actual invite is the first page in the album, and my photographer called it the 'Invitation Page' before you get to the pictures.

there was some drama and DW and I wanted nothing to do with it...so we left

I got a picture...however my friend told me they didn't do that for her and she made a big stink about it when she was putting together her album and hey agreed to put a real invitation glued down on the front page...i think it looks better then my picture.

If you really want to use the invite in the album and dont have a photo, your photographer can mount the actual invitation in there.

I had some, but my print was tiny, so the pictures weren'' so clear. We started the album with a picture of our program cover.
If you don't want to start with you, you could use a still life of your bouquet, or dress, or something.

it doesn't always have to start out your album...start with one of your by yourself or the two of you-if you saw each other before-or even if you didn't my invite got bent during the day so i didn't get one etiher-not a big deal--ask your photographer, he might be able to do it after the fact

The album I am getting is 10' x 10' and my invition is too long to fit Plus its on silk paper so the more you touch it.... well eventually the words fade away.
