I started a tradition of making cupcakes for our camping trips... Trip is tomorrow and I'm looking for a good recipe for some liquored up cupcakes this time! A friend on fb posted about some strawberry daq cupcakes she made but doesnt look like she's getting back to me with the recipe... I'll take any suggestions... Where are you Ang? I know you must have a recipe like this lying around!

HAHA... I bet you it would... how sad hehe... I went through our liquor stash to see what we have left I could use for the cupcakes... DH comes home, sees liquor bottles on the table and gets a bit worried... He thinks I've just about lost it... glad to see you girls are all onboard! HAHA

one of my students (she's actually older than i am) baked chocolate guinness cupcakes w/ bailey's frosting for St. Patty's Day...it was unbelievably good! i'm one of those pains that doesn't eat frosting, but i couldn't help but eat this entire cupcake. Yum.
