Jenny not funny at all The funny thing is we never had Christmas like it is in America. We didn't have a tree or gifts etc. It was very different in the Caribbean. I got books at Christmas time. I only got this was as an adult

hey at least you didn't get socks and undies like me and my sister!!!! that was in addition to our gifts...but we never let poor mom live it down...

then when we got older it was pantyhose!!!

I did not get confirmation from everyone but I never asked either. Once I got the final list out and gave my brother the names, I am now just a lowly participant. My brother did not get any notes from anyone bailing so I assume everyone on the list is a go.

I would HOPE no one would sign up and then bail leaving their poor person without a gift.
