Background, I did some work for a family friend for free and didnt charge anything.
Weeks pass and she has my uncle deliver a present for me wrapped in a store paper. Its a Lenox frame with my thank you picture inside. Now I loved the idea. It was very thoughtful.
But I go to return the frame today b/c I already have a lenox frame that matches my china set only to find out it wasnt bought at Fortunoff. They checked my registery and the history of people who bought this frame and she is not on their.
I was so bumped, I had plans for the $ to buy other items from my registery.
So Anyone would like to purchase this one from me, it may match your china set or make a great gift. I just dont have room for it.
We have a small house and the china cabinet is packed already.

Can you back to fortunoffs and give them the name of the other person that bought you the frame but from Fortunoffs and get an exchange?
