Have any of you had implants? If so, and you don't mind sharing, what was your reasoning behind it? Any regrets? Would you do it again or no?
The rest of you, if you get to a point, due to bfing, age, just plain gravity, etc., that 'the girls' aren't looking so hot anymore, would you consider implants, or a lift of some sort?
Not to sound.....I don't know, vain, but mine are pretty nice if I do say so myself ...and though I'm planning on bfing and know that this will affect how they 'hold up', I know it's for the greater good. But, after I'm done with the babies, I don't know that i can sit around and be ok with them being all saggy all the time. I think I would def. go for a lift.
How do you ladies feel? Do you think we should just accept what comes with age?

SIGN ME UP!!! If I had the money, I'd do it all. Tummy tuck, lipo, and a fill and lift to the girls! Face surgery I'm a little weird about. I've scene women who look 10 years younger after it, or look like they had surgery (really unnatural). Body work is ok for me, but no face work!

I plan on getting my boobs done! I had lost a LOT of weight and it seems to have changed my body and I have lots of skin I would love to get rid of. But my Chest is really not gettting any prettier. I need a great bra at all times.. and at this point they are really un-even . So I would love to get them done as soon as I have the money or insurance to cover it, due to some other issues.

they actually do financing for plastic surgery. You put a small down payment and the rest you are on a plan and you pay it off each month. You can do a 36 month plan or 48 month plan. So can come out to lets say $200 a month or even less depending on the cost of the surgery. Youjust have to call up to qualify for it

2 - lifts require alot more cutting and alot more surgery. Usually in a lift they have to make 3 cuts (same as a reduction)....under boob, up boob and around entire nipple. And yes usually in a lift or reduction they have to move your nip. OUCH!!!! My friend who had a reduction did lose sensation in one of her nips. Not fun. The scaring is ok, bad at first but better now (9 yrs later).
I had no clue so much was involved in getting a lift. Clearly I haven't done my research. ugh....for some reason I thought it might be a pretty easy procedure....guess not.

i know it S*CKS and i also thought it would be easier. YEARS ago when i was bigger i looked into all this and not only was it more complicated but it was more pricey. Once i heard what they do i said forget it, thank god i didnt do it. They did get smaller on their own so glad i didnt go through a reduction and lift. THats why im also so against these 18-19 year olds who get breast implants, your breast are still changing up until the age of 21 so its too young.

I didn't know all this for a lift. As for the inplants -- my friend did hers through her belly button. no scaring and they look great!

no problem at all. Yeah and depending on your credit and stuff you can even get 100% financing and not put anything down, and the person at the doctors office will do all of this for you, they just get your info but they call the financing office and handle it. I did it and got financed but then changed my mind lol so never used it. Well didnt change my mind but just couldnt do it at that moment

I am all for it. I have already made plans to get a boob job and liposculpture after having children. I think its a personal choice, and as long as you know the risks it comes with...why not?

I am only 28, no kids yet and they are rapidly shrinking! Arghh. Not sure if it is age or running but those puppies are getting smaller and smaller by the day.
Anyway, I have always loved the thought of fakies and I want them one day. However I do worry about the pain from surgery (I am very quesey) and my health and how it is hard to detect breast cancer once you get them.
More food for thought -
1 - I dont believe they have to move your entire nipple for implants but they do have to slice it to at least get the implant in (this is what my aunt had done. She went from an size A to a D) She has little to no scars...I cannot tell at all where they cut but it was the under part of her nip. They can also go through your armpit but I heard that is not recommended.
2 - lifts require alot more cutting and alot more surgery. Usually in a lift they have to make 3 cuts (same as a reduction)....under boob, up boob and around entire nipple. Ok as you can tell I have done some research. I wouldt ever go too big though, small c and I like natural looking ones!
Girls, I work with Plastic Surgeons and have stood in on many, many breast augs, reductions, lifts etc. For a simple breast augmentation (or implants) there are 4 ways to insert implants - through the belly button, through an incision made in the armpit, from under the boob or with an incision around the areola. They NEVER cut your nipple off, the make a 3/4 incision around the nipple. If they cut it completely, it would compromise blood supply and could risk tissue death (you could loose your nipple completely).
In most cases, there is some lose of sensation.
I would consider having surgery. DH is totally against it, he is against all cosmetic surgery. I still think that if I need it in the future, I will go for it

Nope...I just felt like I never needed them! I grew my own and am very happy with them (i'm a C) I would never consider getting them either..I'm happy with myself..I feel like implants are just a way to tear apart things about yourself that you don't like..Love yourself for who you are!!! plus the risks and maintenance aren't worth it to me

Re: Another boobie related topic
after pregnancy considering removing them completely and putting in implants w/constructive surgery. I have a very BIG history of B cancer in the family and well it will just take away the chances in general.
I don't think it is something you should feel shameful about doing if you decide b/c of the way you might look after. I would wait and decide in time when you see what those ta ta's end up looking like anywho. Maybe they won't be that bad if it is only the looks your concerned about.
