Have any of you had implants? If so, and you don't mind sharing, what was your reasoning behind it? Any regrets? Would you do it again or no?
The rest of you, if you get to a point, due to bfing, age, just plain gravity, etc., that 'the girls' aren't looking so hot anymore, would you consider implants, or a lift of some sort?
Not to sound.....I don't know, vain, but mine are pretty nice if I do say so myself ...and though I'm planning on bfing and know that this will affect how they 'hold up', I know it's for the greater good. But, after I'm done with the babies, I don't know that i can sit around and be ok with them being all saggy all the time. I think I would def. go for a lift.
How do you ladies feel? Do you think we should just accept what comes with age?

I completely agree! I love mine they way they are now, and so does DH, but if BF affects they way they look, I'll definitely be signing up for a lift!

This is fun today.
Never had implants, certainly don't need them. Gravity is setting in everywhere, to be expected cause I'm old. Don't think I'll ever have a lift, it requires the replacement of the nipple, which can lead to a loss of sensation. I like the sensation. Can't imagine what a mammogram would be like with an implant, it's hard enough with all of the real tissue in there.
If I have a lift, it will be my eyes, because I was blessed with deep set eyes and fleshy brows.

My mom had a reduction and an eye lift and she was so happy with her eyes. It literally took 10 years off her face!

I did not know this!!!! I'm a fan of the sensation as well.....is that the only way and is the sensation loss a guarantee?

i would do any booby surgery! But dh said hell no they are fine the way they are but after kids destroy my body he may think differently. And I do say destroy my body because I see what kids have done to my mother, aunts and grandmother and its not pretty so genetically I think I am screwed.

It's not a garauntee, my mom had it done and then sensation is still there. However, there definitely a chance you can lose it.

Re: Another boobie related topic
don't have implants, however when i was younger i did consider breast reduction, they were bigger than they were now and i had alot of back problems and was just too much and didnt go right with the rest of me. Which also explains why as a teenager i wore mostly real baggy clothes and dressed like a guy lol, well i got lucky too and that was the style so i wasnt the only one. Somehow they got smaller on their own thank god so i didnt have to.
Yeah some women after breastfeeding, their breast look so different. I dont know what i would do. MAYBE just a lift, the thought of implants never crossed my mind. I think i would be ok with surgery as long as no foreign objects are put into my body, well things that shouldnt be there, i get afraid about hearing all the bad things that happened. So other stuff where they do other things but nothing is inserted i am fine with.

I used to be opposed to any plastic surgery -- but as I get older and am starting to see changes I am all for it.
I have a SMALL chest and in my family its gets SMALLER after kids NOT bigger. So anything is a possibility.
My DH wants 5 children -- I told him only if he pays for the doctors to be me back together after all that (eyes included!) Those kids are going to make me tired!

i do plan on BF or at least trying, my boobs are quite large i wear a DD to a DDD depending on the bra.
I would love to have a breast reduction, since they hurt my back and stuff , but i plan on doing it after i have babies. I kinda feel its pointless to do it know
ETA' i forgot to say i dont have implants

Not the chance I want to take. Loosing my youth is difficult enough. Kids are not an option for me, so it is only gravity that I am fighting with.
At least I have been blessed with good skin, no wrinkles (not bad for 42) and a really good hair colorist !

Re: Another boobie related topic
I cant see myself getting any kind of plastic surgery done.
i just want to age as gracefully as I can and if my boobs have a little sag to them after the kiddies, then I'll take that too. i want to be natural looking. and still feel hot as hell with a body that shows my laugh lines and that I was (will be) a mother

I have a small chest and if they start to sag I will definitely get something done to them. I think worse than big saggy boobs are flat saggy boobs like the old lady in Theres Something About Mary

Re: Another boobie related topic
never used to but always got teased b/c i had the smallest boobs and my sisters are all C and DDs. My BIL still teases me... I was okay with being a B (C during PMS) b/c i have a smaller frame on top and I think being bigger chested made them look heavier than me. and they ALL have kids and my 36 yr old sister is totally saggy; hers are the biggest and now look like my grandma's did.
i would have considered a lift until my friend told me they move the nipple forget the sensation loss - though i admit that would suck - it just freaks me out completely. I might consider those implants that you can place a certain way to give you more cleavage. I bet you anything my boobs will shrink after kids. that's my luck. and my a$$ will grow.

I didn't realize either that they have to move the nipple...that freaks me out too. I don't see myself having any surgery then, but who really knows until the time comes...doubt it. I need a lot more help than that anyway. I'm really more worried about getting cancer or some other really serious health problem...that really scares me.

Re: Another boobie related topic
I am only 28, no kids yet and they are rapidly shrinking! Arghh. Not sure if it is age or running but those puppies are getting smaller and smaller by the day.
Anyway, I have always loved the thought of fakies and I want them one day. However I do worry about the pain from surgery (I am very quesey) and my health and how it is hard to detect breast cancer once you get them.
More food for thought -
1 - I dont believe they have to move your entire nipple for implants but they do have to slice it to at least get the implant in (this is what my aunt had done. She went from an size A to a D) She has little to no scars...I cannot tell at all where they cut but it was the under part of her nip. They can also go through your armpit but I heard that is not recommended.
2 - lifts require alot more cutting and alot more surgery. Usually in a lift they have to make 3 cuts (same as a reduction)....under boob, up boob and around entire nipple. And yes usually in a lift or reduction they have to move your nip. OUCH!!!! My friend who had a reduction did lose sensation in one of her nips. Not fun. The scaring is ok, bad at first but better now (9 yrs later).
Ok as you can tell I have done some research. I wouldt ever go too big though, small c and I like natural looking ones!

As I get older I think I will be more inclinced to get stuff...I have always wanted to get boobs (Im not that small but I always wanted to be big ) but I am too chicken and the whole foriegn object thing scares me...
As far as botox, eye work etc...when i NEED it I am so there!

This has been a big topic in our house lately- not because I need it, but because SIL had it and our BM's fiancee is getting it
I am terrified of surgery and if I would have to be put out for it, then no, I wouldnt. Thankfully, DH said he'd love me if I was saggy and all- and I agreed to love him when his 'junk' sags too

for implants they dont remove the nipple well not now. For lifts and reductions they still do. For implants you have different methods, you either get cut underneath your breast and have the scar there, or somebody i knew got it done through their belly button which is popular now so this way you dont have a scar
