Which one did you really enjoy and did an excellent job and would have no reservation working with them again or recommending them to others.
I would recommend the following
Photo & Video - Imagine Studios, hands down the video and the photos are fantastic, I was an eager bride as Lia called me and I was always calling them. Lia has an eye and they both work so well together and both so unobtrusive, we love their work
Flowers - Flowerden, Gigi is creative and affordable, she listens and does exactly what you require, when my flowers arrived I cried, fresh, lush and so beautiful
DJ - Entertainment Integrators, they kept me dancing all night long, people see us now and still comment on what a fun wedding it was, they know how to make a party move
Hall - Chateau Briand, they did it up, everything was perfect and I felt like a Queen all day. If I had another event it would be at CB
Makeup - Jennifer/Fairtytale - wonderful and patient and knows her stuff. I enjoyed working with her immensly. She made me look flawless, even today I was looking at a pix trying to see if I could see the discoloration in any of the close up pix of myself, everyone covered. She listens and is great to work with.
I forgot our lovely Steel Pan players for the cocktail hour, they were excellent, they started playing before the cocktail hour and they played all the way up until the reception. They were entertaining and very talented.
I did not give Royalty a bad review, we loved their service but something that they did not want to bargain with us on made me say I would look elswhere, but they were friendly on time and knew where they were going.
I loved all of my vendors, it was great working with all of them. We will be using our DJ again real soon and once I get Preggo I will used Imagine again.

Re: ANOTHER SPIN ON VENDOR
I would HIGHLY recommend:
Ultimate class Limos, they were honestly superb & went above & beyond! I was so impressed, as was my BP & parents. Just incredible!
Jack & Rose Florist. That man has such a passion for his work & I got a great deal too, alot less than others flower vendors & I LOVED my flowers. I used him when really no one else or few did on here, and now he is getting alot of business, I guess they like his prices & samples too, as well as my flowers! I also got many calls after my wedding, even 2 men, saying they loved my centerpieces!
Patken-Steve-I don't care who does or doesn't like, but I love my pictures & DH & I are very happy. And Shamma from seeing yours, I'd definately recommend Imagine too.
Wild Rose Video-Although I don't have my video yet, I don't think they can be bad! I never heard one bad thing about them. I get to see my raw footage tomorrow night so I'll post more wehn I do! But Bill is so unobstrusive & a pleasure to work with, again my guests complimented on him!
The Coral House-I had no problems & I lived how I was treated!
JN for makeup & Jennifer from fairytale for hair , my hair & makeup stayed all day & I loved it!

Re: ANOTHER SPIN ON VENDOR
I would recommend my cake designer, Cynthia Piethman of Cakeline Couture, hands DOWN, to anyone that wants a memorable wedding cake. We already used her extraordinary talents AGAIN for my son's christening cake. I truly loved working with her - and the results were delicious!
I would recommend my florist Flowers by Voegler's in Merrick - Ed completely understood my vision for my wedding flowers and brought it to life for me. I use his business ALL THE TIME for my every floral need. Love him!
I would recommend my band, Full House Music. The were fantastic and so enjoyable. Joe Scullo is a pleasure to work with, and he often went out of his way to ensure that we were happy with their service. He is truly customer service oriented. I haven't had occasion to use their services again, but if I do, I will call them without hesitation.
William Arthur was my invitation vendor, and while they normally do not deal direct w/consumers, they made an exception for me, since my first invite shipment was lost by FedEx. The customer service was outstanding, and they re-printed and re-shipped my order within a week at no extra charge.

all definites!!!
and while I loved my photos...I may have decided to get a more photojournalistic approach...

Re: ANOTHER SPIN ON VENDOR
I really enjoyed working with most of my vendors and were happy with almost everyone's service but the ones that I would recommend the quickest would be:
- Flowers By Brian (when I look back at my pictures I still love my flowers! I get compliments on my bouquet all the time still) - Simply Elegant - C&H (headpiece and veil) - Mariana Hardwick (my dress mfg - not really a vendor but I had many email conversations with them - they are in Australia and were super awesome to deal with!!!) - North Ritz Club!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Royalty Limo and Fine Art (video and photo) have also been great!!!

Fox Hollow - they were SO attentive and the food was excellent

I would recommend with complete confidence:
Carlyle on the Green - The space is so beautiful, the service is first class, and the food is well presented and oh so delicious. They took such good care of us.
Creative Compositions Photography - From sales to album completion, they have been responsive and helpful. They are amazing artists, and their photos truly captured the emotion of the day.
Laurie for Make Up - She was just so sweet and talented. It was a pleasure to share the morning of my wedding with her.

Re: ANOTHER SPIN ON VENDOR
I would wholeheartedly recommend the following vendors:
John Anthony's on the Water for reception: Service was impeccable, room was a dream, food was plentiful and delicious. Great to deal with in the planning...I was a queen for a day. Highest compliment: one of our guests loved our wedding so much she convinced her daughter to have hers there in aug.!
Candlelite Video: Professional throughout planning, worked with pricing, videos/dvd arrived as promised within 6 mos. of date, amazing work!
Flowers by Lorraine: She was a bit gruff in the beginning but overall, she had great ideas, flowers were gorgeous. Worked w. me on price. Delivered everything on time. Centerpieces lasted well over a week! We had guests (men and women) comment on flowers.
DJ: Dancejock (w. steel drum band and singer cocktail hr). They had the affair going the entire evening. Played everything we wanted and more. No cheesey effects. The dancefloor was packed the entire night seriously.
Would not reco. Bridal reflections or photog. for various reasons to most brides.

Lands End - top notch service! Couldn't have asked for more.
Current Affair (band) - they were incredible! And I'd love to hear them again.

Re: ANOTHER SPIN ON VENDOR
Aside from my florist, I would recommend all my vendors. They werent all 100% perfect but they delivered an excellent product. I spent a lot of time choosing them and got some really good advice from past brides in many cases and spent plenty on them - so it was time and money well spent.
Edited to add: I wouldnt recommend Bridal Reflections either. They werent aweful but they werent anything to write home about so I would put them on the 'take it or leave it list'.

Re: ANOTHER SPIN ON VENDOR
I would recommend:
Carlyle on the Green- They were really able to give me the wedding of my dreams. The food was served beautifully, the service was impeccable, and the whole place exudes understated elegance.
Milleridge Florist- They were awesome to work with- I even added 5 smaller arrangements for the cocktail hour and another table centerpiece the night BEFORE. My cake flowers were so beautiful, my bo-k and my BMs bo-k were gorgeous. And you know what??? I never, ever even had a sample done!!! That’s how much I trusted them.
Gerard Carelli Orchestra- My parents are professional Jazz musicians- Gerard Carelli is so AMAZING.. his band is composed of top-notch musicians that play full-time for a living. All of my guests complimented me on him… if anyone is interested (any Brides that are reading this) he is playing at Swing 46 in the city on Monday- it isn’t a showcase- just a swing dance night.
Autumn Lin Photography- Autumn is a college schoolmate of mine- she has a BFA in photography and has an eye that talent and youth brings. Her pleasant personality made it easy to work with her all day long.
And I Quote Invitations- Elaine at And I Quote in Port Jeff is so NICE- she did my save-the-dates, my invitations, the day-after brunch invitations & the Thank You cards… everything was perfect!
I would NOT have gotten the Bridesmaid dresses at Bridal Couture- NIGHTMARE…
