How was it? I acutally went to my grammar school one, had no plans that night ,and around 10 people went, out of 80 lol it was SOOO bad. The girl who is planning this I was friends briefly in HS. Anyway, she planned an informal one at a bar. I got an invite through FB. I I replied that I couldn't go bc I originally had something to do that day, plans changed so now I don't, but I still have this feeling if I go I will be miserable lol. I had a alot of friends in HS, some I would like to cathch up with. I looked at the list of the people who are going, and there are only like 4 or so people who I was friends attending I know the majority of the guys who are going based on their FB pages still act 17, so I figure why go to be with a bunch of rowdy, drunk, people reminiscing and hearing out about all the stuff you did back then that you would like to forget about. Supposdly, there may be a formal one the end of the summer which I'll probably go to. So for the people who went to theirs, how was it?
I just went to my HS 20th reunion and I had a good time. I left my husband home and went with the usual suspects (group) that I was friends with in HS. We had a great time, about 90 out of 230 that I graduated showed. We only had one HS in my home town so I also went to grammar school with about a 1/3 of them. It was an interesting mix of single, divorced and married people. I'm glad I went.
I didnt go to my 10 year reunion. I think I might have to make an appearance at my 20 year reunion though! Thats when people start to really look different!
