Any one know a good...

ENT specialist
(ears, nose, throat?)

I want to get a ear examination on my 'bad' hearing before I quit my job and while I still have my benefits!

I've been to 2 different doctors - one in Plainview and one in Levittown. They both seemed like they didn't know what they were talking about and kept giving me 'I don't know' answers when I asked questions.

Let me know please!!

they accept blue cross/blue shield right?
i think almost everyone does ??

suposively my last 2 dr's couldn't do ANYTHING for me!

I can't hear that well. I mean its BAD...very bad. I hardly heard any of what my deacon said the day of my wedding. My hearing has just got worse and worse. and I'm tired of people looking at me like I'm stupid when I really cant hear. (more-so at work. they treat me different because i cant hear, not to mention one girl looks at me like im a total idiot)

OMG I know how you feel! I have to explain to everyone why I say WHAT so many times. Especially when they talk in my bad ear! Hope you figure out whats wrong!

my mom has a 'bad ear' too.
I really dont think irs genetics....cause its from an ear infection that didn't heal...thats why my mom is deaf in one ear.

yes they do accept it... but just ask anyway when you call just to make sure
