Any Valentine's Day Plans???

Everyday is Valentine's Day for us

DH is trying to get tickets to see Matchbox 20 at MSG. The show is sold out but DH knows someone that knows someone so he stuck his brass neck out in the hopes of getting tickets. We shall see.

I am not to bothered if we stay home I will probably do some laundry. The towels need to be washed.

We have reservations at 845 at H20 in Smithtown late.. but o well. I think I might talk DH into going to see Def Maybe before. Happy V day ladies

ugh, i have grad class til 7:10.....BUT i really wanted to celebrate on VDay so we're heading straight over to dinner at our fav Italian restaurant here in PA. Thats where we ate dinner before DH proposed so its a special place.

Then on Saturday we have something called 'Sweet Serenade' at our church at 7:30. Its dinner with awesome jazz music for engaged and married couples. They will have a slideshow of all of us who are there with pics from our weddings and current pics. lol Not much diff for us from 6 mos ago. There is also a contest for the sweetest thing said to your spouse. I couldnt think of anything..who has that kind of memory, SO..i used a line or two from DH's proposal letter.

Aww thats a nice weekend plan! Pete will be home too late to really justify going out to dinner on a Thursday since we both have to work the next day, so we're not doing anything. We are trying to really save up so we are going to just cook at home.

I took a cooking class last Saturday on scallops with a bacon salad with a hot balsamic vinegar and dijon mustard bacon dressing..DELICIOUS!!! So I might end up making that for him sas our 'special date night' dinner. And I will give him his photo book obviously.

I have class from 8 - 9:50, so nothing special for us
We will be doing something over the weekend. We just havenot figured out what we want to do yet....

just dinner & a movie or maybe even takeout & a rental.. he usually spoils me with chocolates flowers & all that good stuff...but i told him to lay off the jewelry this year...it's not necesary to me - v-day is just a cute holiday & i just want to be with him & get a nice card So we're doing our routine date night that we do each v-day.. I got him some cute things...a pair of 'dirty dice' lol one of them says things to do, the other says where got him 'love scratch offs'...sorta like little love prizes lol...aaand some candy he likes. nothing big. just some cute stuff
