I agree! I used to ALWAYS be on the NWR boards and now I tend to read and not post. Most of the discussions over there do not interest me. I don't enough political battles that can't be done without getting nasty.

We should spice this board up again. Maybe doing a question of the day from now on?

I think they need to make a new board called Bitching because there is a lot of that going on right now on NWR. I think the politics are too much for some people.

Bored no not bored...there have been sooo much drama and fighting that it is hard to be bored...

on NWR...the politics is boring me now and the sex questions...

BHB...well i just feel weird there now...

Newlywed...actually i find this one VERY SLOW! Too slow!

I felt 'homeless' myself after I was married, felt like I didn't belong on BHB, wasnt much to say on Newlyweds, etc. Which is why I planted myself on NWR most of the time. I found it a great place to pass the time, and I still do for the most part. Its definitely NOT boring -- but yes, very 'drama filled' lately.

I'll admit I am on NWR a LOT and I often get in the middle of the 'sex/trashy' stuff I like it there most days & I appreciate the the silliness and mindless questions, even the juicy/racy stuff is fine(and fighing about baseball, of course ). I like the diversity of that board; some singles, some guys, some newly married and some longer; some engaged -- all with diff. points of view. Most of the time NWR is a fun forum to pass the time.

But lately, yes its been strange, and I'm not loving it much on NWR either. It seems like these things go in cycles ever since I signed up on LIWs. Things heat up, people get crazy, and then everything calms down again. But the name calling, b!tching, meanspirited comments..and this started even b/f the political threads this week -- it makes it VERY weird over there and unpleasant. And the FAKE screennames certainly do not help!

I'm not into drama, I try to keep away from it. This is only a CHAT BOARD after all! I came on these boards originally to plan a wedding, but also wound up making friends. I love the girls and guys who I have become friends with, on&off the boards. So I wish THIS was the 'vibe' that was dominant on NWR.. the friendly bantering and joking, silliness, and yes, even harmless debating. We don't all have to agree, but there should be a place for everyone!

i agree..but lately it seemed like every post was politics...which i have now grown BORED of...

i used to read the boards several times a day before i got married. now its about once a month when i have a lot of spare time (like right now!). newlyweds is always my first stop!
