I'm so exhausted lately... I don't know why. I pass out an hour or 2 earlier than usual, sleep really well, yet still have no stamina. We're moving at work, so I NEED stamina. just walking down the hall (empty handed) is exertion enough for me....... It's like I have the flu or mono w/o any of the other symptoms!
Is this a bug going around, or is it just me?

When did I log in as PortJeffBride and type this post I was wondering why my Dh was speaking polish. I am the incredible sleeping woman I slept for 20 hours yeah 20 hours straight over the weekend. I was actually annoyed when my mono tests came back negative because that means I am just lazy.

Lethargic lazy arse right here! Even my Master told me today that i look tired & that i need more exercise...hahah...i was like...gee..thanks for telling me i look like crap!
ETA: For me i think it's allergies...alot people, including me have had headaches & puffiness...i think they also make you tired?

Yes...I've been both mentally and physically tired lately. I dont know whether its the change in seasons or what, but DH and I have been going to bed between 9:30 and 10:00 every night

I personally don't have allergies.... both DH and I are dragging...
The update for me is while I was walking into work, that minor exertion actually gave me a fever flush..... I also had a semi-stuffy nose when I woke up.
Glad to hear DH and I are not alone... it suggests it IS a bug.... sorry you girls have it too!!!

Have you been tested? I had the same problem with lethargy years ago when I moved to NC. It was seasonal. I went to an allergist and low and behold, allergies were the cause. That was my only symptom.
Hope it's just a bug that passes quickly!
