does anyone else have this? We think ours is broken. I keep it set at 60 degrees and since yesterday it keeps resetting itself to 77 degrees!! And we can't get it to reset. Dh thinks it might be broken. We have only had it since march!
Oh god. Dh just called. It was filled with water when he went to unplug it. Im so mad. We had like $300 worth of wine in there. i hope it didn't go sour or bad!!!

I have a wine fridge, can't remember the brand, but it was bought at Fortunoff. Ours is fine, but if we ever had problems with it I would return it back to the store and get a new one. They should take it back especially since you only got it in March.
If the store won't take it back, call the company.

it was bought for us off our registry. Do you think if we bring it to crate and barrel without a reciept they will exchange it for us?
i dont even have the box it came in anymore...

I would definitely bring it back especially since it was on your registry. I know Fortunoff would take it. I have brought back so much stuff that was either broken or I didn't need and sometimes without a box and they took everything back and I never needed a receipt since it was on my registry. Bed Bath and Beyond works this way also. I'm not sure how Crate and Barrel works, but if you don't want to make the trip with the fridge, call ahead to see what their policy is. If they give you a hrad time I would ask for the manager, explain the situation and see what happens. Good Luck.
