anyone elses boss a jerk?!

I came to work this morning and see my desk filled with notes on things I have to do, forgot to do, should do ...im so annoyed. I work in a small law firm, and im a legal asst theres only so much stuff I can take care off + answering a 5 line phone system…. I want to quit. My work environment is toxic. My office manager who gets the most $ sits there online and talks to her boyfriend all day long through webcam and my boss has no idea. and than he compares me and the other 2 assistants to what a 'fine job she does...'

I don't think my boss is that extreme, but he leaves things on my desk with notes to file and with what he wants to me do with them. Luckily I have another girl who helps me answer phones, but sometimes when I am working with him, then another attorney coems in and asks me to do something, then the phone rings and I have to answer that and it can eb a bit crazy.

I know how it feels. It $ucks sometimes, but with the way the economy is rght now..I would try to stick with it a bit longer until you can find something for sure that's better.

i would keep on doing your best at your job....
and try to send him over to office manager while she is chatting with BF and get her busted!!!!!!!!!
