Anyone ever get in a rut???

I'm not feeling the best lately...nothing terrible just not motivated to do anything and just not liking things lately. Anyone ever get in a rut and just need to do something to get out of it??? Any suggesions?

I was in a funk on Friday...BIG TIME!!! They are normal and natural...At least for me... Treat yourself... Even if it's for dinner with a friend tonight. Even if you can't afford it right now. Just do it! You probably needa good rambling vent that makes no sense.

That's not a bad idea....I think maybe tomorrow night I'll order in food for DH and I to sit without the tv on and just rant!

I go through these every now and then and it's always different things I'm dwelling on.

I'm attempting to do this online now...lol!! But I keep trying to find shirts that will hide my pudgy belly!

Shopping makes me feel worse actually... When I am down and I shop, I rip myself apart (body wise). My 'ruts' usually always boil down to the same basic concept. I guess it shouldn't bother me any more, but usually creeps up when I'm not paying attention!! LOL Feel better. It will pass

Fridays are always good for me. DH works til 830 every night (except Monday and Thursday) so I am always around cooking and/or drinking for one!!!

You would have to take a cab from the train...would be more than like $6. It is possible. Its the babylon line
