Anyone get their marriage license in Queens...

And NOT get your marriage certificate yet?!! It's been 6 weeks since my wedding and I still have not received it! I want to change my name already!! Of course, in typical City Worker fashion, no one answered the phone when I called! How long did it take you to get your certificate if you got your license in Queens?

I received min within the 1st 2 weeks. It actually came in before we got back from our honeymoon. Sorry you haven't received your yet!

I received mine last Thursday, so 5 days after I was married.

Gabi I meant to tell you, I just got mine last week on Thursday- so 10/18. that's so bizarre you didn't get it yet!!

I got married 9/8 and I STILL DIDN'T GET MINE EITHER! I tried to call to and they NEVER answer. I got nervous that maybe my officiant didn't send it out. I should call him I guess.

I got married on June 3rd and didn't get my marriage license until mid Aug.

FINALLY!! We got it in the mail today!! Now I can finally change my name!!! It's torture to make brides wait 6 weeks for their certificate! Just call me Sgt. N!!
