I was definitely buzzed but no one knew. I looked fine on the video too.

I guess the dancing all night kept me energized.

I think I had a sip of champagne when we did the toast, but that was it. I don't drink. But my DH was feeling really good!!

ETA: I was seriously HIGH just from everything going on that day!!!

I always had wine or champagne near me after the ceremony but I wasnt effected by it..either I didnt drink much or the adrenline was keeping me sober

i agree because most people never knew just how bad i was lol. i iddnt start to feel it really untill we were in the limo on the way to the hotel lol it started catching up with me

no way.....i wanted to be very clear on the day and i wanted to enjoy every minute of it without being fuzzy or making an idiot out of myself...which tends to happen when i drink too much.....my mom told me she got drunk at her wedding bc she didnt eat enough and drank too much and was puking on her HM!!! So that made me think about it too.

I was really really happy! I drank and danced all night! I felt, since I was paying for everything, I was going to enjoy EVERYTHING about that day. People who don't know me thought I was drunk..... but my friends, knew it was just me

I did not, but Fox Hollow was VERY good at keeping our glasses filled! At one point, Craig and I had three drinks EACH on our sweetheart table! I wasn't drunk from the alcohol thoguh - even thoguh I must have had about 6 rum and cokes! I was just so happy that it really felt like one big adrenaline rush, but any other day I would have been taked from all that booze!

Now my sisters wedding last year.... thats a COMPLETELY different story! She just got her video back too...... Let's just say it's something I will NEVER show my future kids!

My bridal attendant constantly had our glasses filled. Before the reception she asked all of us (BP AND family) what we were drinking - I said white wine and champagne because I didnt want to spill anything dark - so I always had a full glass, so did DH. I dont think I got drunk, but I was definitely high from the adrenaline and excitement.

Nope. I was busy dancing, twirlling, and stealing the spot light on the dance floor. I was glowing with unspeakable and visible happiness all day--too busy to spend it being wasted.

I had literally a sip of BM's drink the entire day. I wanted to be clear and focused on every aspect of the day. take in every detail without the 'mask' of alcohol. and who wants to be buzzed or wasted while talking to your guests - not me. I believe the bride and groom have a certain level of dignity to uphold that day :)

I wanted to, but I didn't get a chance to drink enough all day. I had two sips of a mimosa, two sips of a melon ball, two sips of champagne, and half a beer. Actually, one of my only regrets is that I didn't eat or drink as much as I'd have liked that day...
