I have my car loan through them. And no.. they don't have a site to pay anything online. Kinda sucks that you gotta go to the branch to pay or mail it in.

What if I opened a checking account with them? I called the bank and the woman was an ultimate moron, but in the end she said if I had an account with them I could pay the loan online, but then I remembered talking to another rep a couple months back who said something different. HATE THIS

yes, they said as long as I had a checking account with them I could. I decided not to since I have never once seen an M&T bank branch and I honestly didnt feel like having a checking account I didnt use

Yeah this is my dilemma, I know of ZERO branches and would have to transfer money all the time. So annoying.

i used to have an M&T account. they started deducting $ if i didnt actively use it for a period of 90 days!

not sure if they still have that policy, but it was a total PITA!!!

The only M&T bank in Nassau that I know of is one in Oceanside right on Long Beach Road. There's 1 in the city on 1st and 55th. Those are the only 2 of I know of.

There's one on Rt. 110 in Farmingdale. I used to have M&T when I was in undergrad (there are M&Ts all over the Buffalo area), but switched immediately as soon as I graduated. Their customer service is awful, so I feel your pain, Becca!
