my dh and I want to take 2 kittens that were born in my brother in laws backyard... does anyone know of low cost vets that i can take them to for a checkup and shots?? TIA

all petco stores offer low cost vaccinations....check out this site:

they can give you more info on it.
the kittens should be no less than 6 wks old before they are vaccinated. i would also head to petco and get some de-wormer medicine as when kitten are young they easily contract worms. (totally normal) -- also make sure you check their ears for mites....also something that little kittens can get--the ears would be very dirty with lots of brown/black gunk and has a quite foul odor.

PAWS does it too. Thats where we adopted our Kitten Spawn from hell lol. All we paid for were his shots and they gave him to us. you can try calling them if petco doesn't pan out.
