Anyone know anything about Golden Key Honor Society?

I know it's been around for awhile and since I'm back in school, just this time I got stuff for it. Is it legit? Is it worth me joining to mention on my resume when I start teaching? It costs money to be part of it so I am iffy about it.

I got a bigger discount when DH and I merged onto the same policy. I guess it won't have any effect on what I plan to do with my career so I'll save the money.

Yes it is legit. I was inducted 2 years ago. It's a really good organization from what I researched. There is a lot of perks such as discounts and options for help with career placement. I think it was like $70 to join but I know the chapter at my school met once a semester and we rarely had any event.s So it was really nice to have on my resume-I think only the top 15% ranking in your class get in so it's a good thing to be involved with. I would definitely do it.

Yep, I joined in college a million years ago I don't think I've ever 'done' anything with them other than have it on my resume, but its a legitimate organization!
