Thought i'd check it out...while i scarf down a bag of popcorn..hahaha...it's on TLC tonite at 9pm (i think)

I watched it. I thought it was interesting.


I have a hard time believing I don't have to cut anything out...but it makes sense seeing as my biggest issues are portion control and lack of exercise.

I've heard of the concept before...i read a similar theory in a book about stopping emotional eating..which is what i do...excited to see next week's show since that is the topic!

Yeah i was laughing when he said...you're already fat...so you have nothing to lose if it doesn't work...haha
