Re: Anyone use a waterproof camera on your HM?
We bought a waterproof disposable camera at our hotel in Hawaii. I think it was Kodak. The pictures didn't turn out so great though :( But my sister and her husband did the same things and their's turned out great.

We have used a waterproof camera for lots of things. I usually buy them at Duane Read or CVS. They are disposible Kodiac ones, and I have always been happy with the pictures it takes.

We bought one at a scuba store in Maui... it's re-usable.. Its a clear casing that you can put over any disposable camera. The pix turned out pretty good- not the best, but good enough!

I've used both Kodak and Fuji underwater cameras and the pics in each have both come out ok. I don't notice much of a difference. They aren't the greatest pics because there is no flash but, they aren't that bad.

Same here...we spent $27 because I forgot to buy one at home...only 10 of the 30 pictures came out, and even those were dark and blurry (they didn't even print the other 20- I guess they were just dark)
We used it to take pictures in the underground cave pools, so I guess it was too dark.
Maybe you can find one with flash?

I've used them before. We just buy the Kodak ones and they've turned out fine. If you could find with with a flash, that'd be even better though...

We actually bought a case for our regular camera. This way there was no limit of pictures that we could take. It worked out pretty good. I was a bit scared that it might leak, but it turned out really safe.
Good Luck and enjoy your trip :)

We actually bought a case for our real camera that is waterproof!! SOunds scary huh!!!
look on Amazon it was like $80 for the case and our pictures tunred out AMAZING, plus our camera does video so we were able to do this as well! We figured the disposable underwater cameras are like $10 each or more and we were going to want a bunch and this way we now have an underwater case for hte next time we go on vacation!!
