Anyone who is looking for a good book to read...

I heard Twilight was really bad. Like an MTV movie. But thats a tough call because I heard twilight is mainly geared towards teens. SO a lot of adults were disappointed at the movie. I dunno, I have no interest in reading Twilight anymore.

i never wanted to read the book, it just so happened that we were bored in the airport going to aruba and it was the only book they had that we both had heard of - so we just got it on a whim.....it was such easy reading for the HM and we finished while we were there - i thought the movie was corny and could have been better but like you said, its really marketed for teens....the book was a lot better than the movie, im surprised that DH got into it so much - he is almost done with the second book already but he reads on the bus going to work - he is a dork hahahaha

LOVED the Time Traveler's Wife... I am hoping that the movie does come out.

Cool little fact, Rachel McAdam's plays Claire in the Time Traveler's Wife
AND
her name was Claire in The Notebook....

Thanks! I will read this next!

If you are lookin for a great easy read now try Marley and Me. If you are looking for something more serious but incredible try reading Infidel - its a true story about a young girl growing up in Somalia - I just started it and love it!

From what I read, Ryan Gossling (that's Rachel McAdams' ex right?) Was supposed to play the father but they let him go and pulled Wahlberg in.

---

Oh man, I love Ryan Gosling. Way better than Wahlberg in my eyes.

thanks- I'll definately check out time traveler- i just finished a bunch of books by phillipa gregory- she's the author of the other boleyn girl (AMAZING book)- the constant princess was so good, the boleyn inheritance was hard to follow & now I am waiting for a couple others to come from B&N.com

---

i've been debating getting the constant princess, maybe i finally should just get it! i loved the other boleyn girl, the inheritance was good, but the real history is actually better. if you like tudor historical fiction, i highly recommend the lady elizabeth, which is about Elizabeth I's childhood, up until she takes the thrown. innocent traitor is also excellent, about lady jane grey. both are by alison weir who is a tudor historian, so the historical aspects are very accurate. OK, nerd mode off now.

Yeah, I was a little disappointed, but I do like Wahlberg. Interested to see what he does with it.
