my best friend went to a dinner party at her house over the summer! said she was so great & so down to earth

ps: my cousin is pro baseball player Frank Catalanotto, and not a relative - but my parents grew up with all the Baldwins

My stepdad's cousin is Patti Hansen (a model that I'm sure NONE of you had heard of) -who was married to Keith Richards!

not much.... my family in berlin is of aristocratic descent and were rather prominent figures (high ranking judges, opera singers....)

oh, in the 16th century, one of my ancestors was the chief financial officer of holy roman emperor ferdinand, and also the teacher of his son, archduke ferdinand II of austria.

talk about a long blood line of nerdiness

Have I mentioned that I cannot wait to meet you??

not really.......my mom's cousin is a famous artist back home (Finland)- her name is Seija Toivola. my MIL swears that's she related to Joe Torre somehow.........I haven't exactly seen him at any family functions, so somehow I think this is a little bit of a or at least an embellishment. but then again we did get married in the church where Joe Torre's sister is a nun!!
