I think it's a fake.
With photo shop and other computer design programs.. anything is possible in a photo.
This photo looks like someone worked on it... the fingers and toes look like someone 'erased' part of the tree trunk and branches.

I would agree, but I think people are referring more to the optical illusion than whether or not this naturally occurred.

I think it is cool as well.

I dont think its meant to be a 'picture' i think its a painting
