baby related: anyone else feel this way?

we were discussing it over dinner tonight, although i'm super excited and cant wait to have a baby, i'm scared sh1tless. from the idea of actually giving birth to raising a little one to everything, i'm scared. DH looked at me like i was crazy.

I am scared too. I already told DH we find out we're preggo I am having a panic attack, complete and major freak out with brief stops to barf out of nervousness

I am SO scared of when the baby is born. I feel like they are so tiny and fragile, and I am so clumsy sometimes! I feel like I am going to have no clue what to do. Thank GOD my Mom has already pretty much said she is going to be around constantly lolol

Getting pregant absolutely terrifies me and thrills me simultaneously. It can't be all THAT bad though since woman have been doing it for years... and more than once!

me too! I love my niece and nephew but thats all I can handle for now. The thought of being responsible for a little person gives me anxiety.

I am scared of becoming too attached. I see my friends go threw it all the time. Having the baby & then having to leave them home & go back to work. Thats what scares me the most. Thats the biggest reason why DH & I are waiting a while.

i was all gung ho about getting pregnant and now that i am 14 weeks along...i'm terrified! scared of giving birth, scared of stepping up to being a mom, scared of being poor.
i think its a very natural feeling and everyone goes through it. if you want it, you have to just do it....and things will find a way to work out

I think we're ready financially and I know I could handle raising the child but the thought of having a living thing growing inside of me FREAKS me out. IT IS IN THERE ALIVE!!!!

as strange as this may sound, thank you girls. i almost felt bad that i wasnt completely so excited and the look DH was giving me you would've thought i was going against girl code by admitting i was scared. i'm sure when the time is right we'll all do amazing. <3
