HAAAHAHAHAHAHA OMG I had no idea everyone was so interested in my cervix!!! Well a big fat PFFFFFT apparently losing your mucus plug is NOT impressive to those in the obgyn community. I excitedly told the ob yesterday at my appt, and he just couldn't have been more And I quote 'Well, it doesn't mean you're in labor.' He checked and I'm still one teeny cm dilated (no change for 3 weeks). Then I punched him.

I'm thinking this weekend too ....
Just think .... your little one will pretty much always be the first school birthday party of the year!
And apparently, according to Cat, there is a high risk of terrorist attacks to your cervix
Time to start doing some jumping jacks:

OMG Jess, you have NO IDEA what an apt analogy that chart is, actually!!!! They decided yesterday that TUESDAY 10PM is the line in the sand, or the cervix, whatever. If isn't on his way by then he's getting forcibly evicted.
I feel bad about that, life's hard enough without losing your rent-stabilized pad at such a young age. On a positive note, I had no other plans, as Tuesday night TV is crap anyway.

That will teach him. That doc is an aszhole when was the last time he lost his mucus plug. I think mucus plug should be a *S*T*A*R*R*E*D* out word.

Did you hear about the nurse that jumps on your stomach during labor if that's not a code red I don't know what is.
BTW off topic but I started it so i'll do what i want how stupid is that chart anyway. Not only do the terrorists have Geraldo drawing a chart of where to attack in the sand they also know when we are least expecting them at our 'green' time.

I DID read about the jumping nurse, and I think my hospital doesn't have one of those Yes that chart is the stupidest thing ever, but I give a close second to the hair gel confiscators, now THAT'S a government job I'd love to have...

With 2 pregnancies, I had my kids within 48 hrs. of losing my plug. Could have been that I was overly anxious and 'put' myself in labor. Red raspberry tea (makes the uterus contract) and LOTS of walking works everytime!!
