Anybody know what kind of doctor you see for back pain? Not looking for a chiropractor. Cant think of type of doctor to go to.

maybe an orthopedic doctor or surgeon?
eta my grandmother went to doctor lane at the hospital for special surgery when she had back pain- she had a slipped disk

Try an orthopedic doctor. My mom has so many problems with her back. She uses a dr from Orlin and Cohen, they are a group of dar who work for them, they have offices all over the island.

depends on the treatment you are looking for...
if you want surgery then see an orthopedic surgeon
if you want drugs then see a pain management doctor
