Back from Las Vegas...
Well we got back from LAs veags Saturdy morning.. we had a great time.. I just can not get the sound of bells out of my head...We stayed at Treasure Island.. just so all of yiou know.. there is no more Pirate show.. and there is no longer the pirate theme.. they are coming out with new image and a new racier show at the end of October... I was very upset about that.. they took the pirate down while we were there...
Ok so here is what we did...
!st night ..we ate at the Venitain.. ( this is my FAVORITE Hotel|) we ate at Canaletto.. I highly recommend eating there on Fri-Sun and sitting outside because there is so much going on with singers and the gondela ride.. we even saw a couple getting amrried on a special Gondela when we were there...
2nd day we ate the Buffet at Treasure Island it was s sunday brunch and it is the cheapest one it was ok...
For dinner we went to the Buffet at Paris.. it was really good.. the shrimp are HUGE and the atmosphere is really cool.. i recommend either eating Breakfast or Dinner here...we also went to teh freemont street experience.. it was really cool..
3rd day..Dh and I walked from Treasure Island to NY NY We went into all the casinos inbetween...The tram between Belliago and Monte Carlo is closed. so we had to walkj.. it was fun
For Lunch we ate at America in NYNY... it is the same as the one in Soho .. but it was great. For dinner we went to Les Artistea in the Paris... it was really good.. and if you sign up[ for a players card for the first time you get $20 off two entrees.
4th day we went to the outlets right by the airport.. they are ok... nothing that we do not have in NY....for dinner we ate at Lindys resturant in the Flamigo and it was good...For breakfast we ate at Mandalay Bay buffet. I really liked it.. they make omlettes and it was good.
5th Day we went to Hovver dam.. boy its a big one...and them we wnet to some of the downtown casinos..stratosphere, Sharaha , riverea. If yiou want Roller coasters, Stratophere and Saraha have ones..We ate the buffet at the Saraha for lunch.. it was very kid friendly, with fried chicken, pizza and very basic foods.. it was cheap with a coupon it was 12.00 for both of us.
We went and Saw Danny Gans it was good but for the mioney paid it is not worth it for 100 a ticket. My Inlaws went and saw the Schintas at the Rio, and they loved it.. they even got buy one ticket get one free off the internet before they left.
We ate dinner at Taqueria canonita at the Venetain. I loved it.. also you want to make a reservation and request to sit on the canal.. it was so cool with all teh boats going by and hearing all teh people singing.
6th day we just stayed by the pool and went around to do some shopping. For Breakfast we are at the Belliago.. i recommend it.. it was really good. and for dinner we ate at Cafe Spago in the Forum shiops at Ceasears.
nd the last day we drove out to Primm outlets it was good there are three casinos out there.. and some outlets. for dinner we ate the Market side cafe at the Monte Carlo.. this was really good.. i recommend it
Overall it was a good trip it was really HOT!!!! this was alos the start on Monsoon season so there are huge storms everyday in the afternoon when it is the hottest...also the tigert habitat at the Mirage was closed so I did not get to see them and Veline Dion was on vacation.
So if anyone has any ?'s let me know...
