Has anyone ever been there before? We are thinking about going there this summer for vacation and I just wondered if anyone has ever been there before...Thanks!!

We were there when we were on a cruise and it was definitely one of those spots that we would LOVE to go back to! If you go, make sure you go to the beach called the boat yard. It was SO fun!!

I am crashing but I LOVE Barbados soooo much - my first job out of college I worked at a PR firm that represented Barbados and I went 5x a year for 2 years.
It is an amazing island and the people in Barbados are phenomenal. I would never hesitate to recommend anyone go to Barbados - not as many Americans go to Barbados - the flights can be pricier than those to Jamaica or the Bahamas, since its further east a lot of Europeans tend to visit.
If you find a good airfare do not hesitate to jump on it. Its gorgeous - its not like other Caribbean islands where you feel you can't venture further than your resort.
Sigh. Sorry maybe I'm biased, but its one of my favorite places on the planet. Great restaurants, great beaches, great people.

I love Mango Bay and any of the Almond Resorts are great.

Barbados is not really known for their all inclusive. there are not many on the island. I went in 2008. It's very safe the beaches are beautiful and the food is delish.

Yes we did ((sigh)). It's gorgeous. Amazing food. Wonderful people. I don't think there are any all inclusives on the island. The food is so good and people so awesome you will want to leave the resort and explore. Definitely rent a car. The countryside and hills are stunning.
