I have been CRAVING the chocolate covered bananas that barb got from traders.....they were sold out when I went on Friday.

So tonight, I improvised! I melted dark chocolate and dunked slices of bananas...popped them in the freezer and POOF....deliciousness!

i burnt my tongue so freakin bad bc of course i neglected to mention in the first post that i scraped the melted chocolate out of the bottom of the pan as to not waste any.....molten chocolate...ouch
