barcelona or madrid???

we are going to spain any recommendations??

ive only been to barcelona and LOOOOVED IT!!!! I definitely recommend it, theres lots to do, gorgeous city and you will have an amazing time.

My MOH went to Madrid a few years ago and she says she had the best time and loved it.

Theres lots to do in both areas, and both are gorgeous so honestly i don't think you can go wrong. Think if theres anything in particular you do want to see, this might help

i know i had a difficult time at first too. But I kept looking up info on spain and alot of things i wanted to do or go to ended up being in barcelona. Then DH and I were looking at hotels and he saw one that he LOVED and said 'thats it thats where i HAVE to stay' he said since i made so many decisions for the wedding he wanted to choose the HM hotel lol, and the hotel he fell in love with was in barcelona. Plus i wanted to go to las ramblas and gothic square. So just do more research and you'll see yourself wanting to do more things in one place over the other. Also go to frommers.com, it gives you alot of great information.

I don't know how I am going to swing it I have no job!!!! did you find anything yet?

Definitly Barcelona! Madrid is like NYC...its beautiful but i wouldve skipped it and not regret it...we wish we had more days in barcelona!

you mean a job right lol. Well tomorrow I actually have 2 interviews so hoping it goes well. But I also got a call this past week for an interview but the interview is in december and job to start around dec-jan. I said I am interested just in case I dont find anything by then but hopefully I do.

Good luck, ive had good luck with careerbuilder.com, this past week. Even got a call from a recruiter regarding a specific position. I went to 4 recruiters and honestly had no interest to go to any other. This recruiting agency works differently than others. Most tell you to come in and then they'll see what they have available for you. This one, they post a bunch of jobs on career builder and monster, and you respond to job listing. They look over your resume and call you in for an appointment, but you go in for that specific job that you applied for. Then they sit and talk to you and see if you are qualified enough for them to set up an interview with the company. So everyone that was there was there for specific jobs. One girl ahead of me i can hear what was going on and the recruiter told her that she doesnt think this is the right job for her so it was like she was interviewing her for that job, bc i didnt hear her bring up other positions. I spoke to her about the position i was interested in and she sent my resume on friday for an interview so waiting to hear from her too, so hopefully i'll have a 3rd interview this week.
