Okay, I personally find it odd that when you have a bathroom full of 5 stalls, and you always see someone either in the middle stall, or someone comes in right next to you when all the other stalls are empty. So I have a question.
5 stalls in a bathroom, which one would you choose as your first choice.
The one furthest away from the door, the one closest to the door, or one of the middle stalls where if anyone was to come in, they would sit somewhat close to you? lol
I always choose the stalls at the end furthest from the door. It's like my safe little spot lol

My first choice--further from the door
I hate waiting on the line and then you have to wait for the next open one. Its always my luck the first stall and the one where everyone can see you through the gaps b/w the door and wall

the furthest from the door
at work we have three stalls. there is a girl at work that ALWAYS goes into the middle stall. before she goes in she takes a paper towel and wets it. Why? I don't know, to wipe down the seat maybe? there are literally at most like 6 women that might use this bathroom during the day. Then when she leaves, she puts the toilet seat up.
i cannot even tell you how confused, annoyed and intrigued I am by this whole process.

At work we have a door on either side of the bathroom. For me it depends on how badly I have to go. Sometimes I get busy and just don't go until the very last min. SO generally I end up in the first one I can get into. By choice I go towards the middle.

I hate public bathrooms, so I usually kick the door open and search for the cleanest, that is my choice.

Re: Bathroom Stalls.
i try to find the cleanest, but I usually start looking farthest from the door. I just know that when people are looking for a stall, they kind of peak in the cracks for a silhouette to tell them it's occupied. So I don't want to be sitting there peeing with a bunch of random girls peeking in on me. lol. This makes the furthest the the better choice. Not many peeking in over there.

Re: Bathroom Stalls.
i look for the cleanest but ideally i like the stall furthest from the door - usually the furthest is the handicapped though, so technically it would be the 2nd to last stall i dont usually go in the handicapped unless there is a line and that is the stall that frees up at my turn...

Re: Bathroom Stalls.
you know what i HATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i HATE when people bring their kids in the bathroom and then the kids peek under the door while you are going to the bathroom - especially when its a little boy.......i fcukin HATE that!!!!! it ALWAYS happens to me.....and i usually get really nasty and i scream 'what the fcuk, you've got to be kidding me right now!' so that the parent hears me
seriously, the floor in a public bathroom is dirty - how you could let your kid be all over the floor?!?! its filthy!?!?! let alone snooping on other people going to the bathroom!

Re: Bathroom Stalls.
I usually take the one closest to the door. The middle one's door is screwed up, and the last one people use to poop - there is a can of spray on the floor Love that! I like that there is usually no one in the bathroom when I am in there - there are 3 stalls and most of the people who work at my company are men (engineers) -- so handful of women = no bathroom traffic ever. I think in the 3.5 weeks I've been here, I have only been in the bathroom 2x when someone else came in - and both times I was still in the stall when they left, or I left when they were in the stall when I left. If you need to do something besides #1, it's great.

Re: Bathroom Stalls.
we have six stalls, and doors on either side of the bathroom. which stall i use depends on which side i enter from, but it's usually the one next to the handicapped stall. everyone has their favorite, and that's mine.
what i hate is when the bathroomis empty, and someone uses the stall next to mine. why do you need to be so close??? also, we have really shiny black tile on the floor, so if you look at the floor, you can totally see what's going on in the stall next to you, so most people try to leave an empty stall. some though are just looking for a show.

oh noooo@ the shiny black tile lol That's terrible
I agree about the whole sitting next to someone thing. I don't think I will ever understand that. Unless someone has like OCD and needs to be in a stall next to someone else haha

I work in a club and Im always in the bathroom. I noticed the first stall is rarely ever as dirty as the last 4. people tend to bypass the first stall unless its packed.
